Through our partnership with Smarter Mergers, we also design private family office infrastructure for new and generational wealth. Across each engagement, we start with the people, information, and decisions involved—not with a tool looking for a problem.
Meet Yasmine Johnston-Ison.
I spent my early career as a military intelligence operator supporting work in Iraq and Afghanistan. That experience taught me to separate signal from noise, handle information with discipline, and make decisions when the stakes are real.
Today I apply that same operational rigor to executive AI education, intelligence workflows, automation, and complex business decisions. My deal intelligence supports active, large-scale merger, acquisition, and development work.
I am the founder of Bytes’ Atelier and IndigoINT, and serve as CTO of Smarter Mergers. Across those roles, I build and apply systems that help people see what matters, decide what to do next, and follow through.
How we work.
We start with the person, the process, and the information involved. Then we agree on a useful scope, the tools and access it requires, and where review or approval belongs. You see and approve the design before implementation begins.
Bytes’ Atelier is based in Atlanta and works remotely. In-person work and travel can be arranged; travel costs and scheduling are agreed in advance.
